We are pleased to announce this week's New Video!

The Bank of Canada's overnight rates have just dropped by 25 basis points or 0.25% which is the 3rd drop in a row. I'm going to break down what this rate drop means for you and a Bank of Canada interest rate forecast of what I think is going to happen in the next while. Whether you're thinking about buying your first home, moving up, or refinancing, this little dip could mean big savings for you.

You may be asking yourself "Interest rates are decreasing, what should I do now?" I am going to provide some analysis to help you determine whether now is the best time to buy or sell or if you should wait.
