The GoAgent app on your phone, allows you to search for properties, synchonizes to your web portal and allows easy texted based communication with your Realtor®. It will even show you all active listings around the area where you are standing. So if you are viewing a property in an area you like, you can quickly see any other properties in that area that are for sale.
