You will not be able to book a self-contained non-principal residence short-term rental in British Columbia, Canada after May 1, 2024.

This is Part 2, the continuation of the winner and loser analysis of the stakeholders affect by the B.C. Short-Term Rental Accommodation Act on October 7, 2023. If you have not see Part 1 first then see the link below this video to view this first. It will make a lot more sense.
